gallery Think Pink That Flatters

From Celine to Chanel, pink was seen all over the runways for Spring 2017 even though green is Pantone’s dedicated color of the year. Instead of one tone, all hues are welcome – from dusty rose and blush to bright and bold.

I have always loved pink, the right shade can look good on anyone and really brings out a positive, happy vibe from me. Choosing the best shade for you is as easy as finding your skins undertones!

  • Warm Undertones: go for pinks with warmth in them like red or orange, this includes salmon, coral, raspberry, and peach
  • Neutral Undertones – try shades with hints of gold in them like roses and deep pinks
  • Cool Undertones – test what’s similar to your coloring, such as pinks with purples and blues in them like fuchsia, magenta, cerise and carnation pink

You can include pink through handbags, shoes, jackets, or dresses this season!

For this outfit I paired my light pink culottes with a black top to bring out the delicate vertical stripes. I wore my J.Crew pink heels (similar here) and an orange crossbody to complete the look.

Do you love wearing pink as much as I do? Let me know in the comments!
